Historic verdict

Sir, — The verdict of the Supreme Court in transferring the two disproportionate assets cases involving the Tamil Nadu Chief Minister, Jayalalithaa, to Karnataka ( Nov. 19 ) is historic. This restores trust and confidence in the minds of the people that no one is above the law.
