Crisis in Iraq

Sir, — In the article, "The menace from Iraq' (Nov. 18), Chinmaya R. Gharekhan has rightly observed that the military intervention in Iraq will continue to cause an increase in terrorist activities in different parts of the world. Iraq should be either handed over to the Iraqis or entrusted to the care of the U.N.
