Vasundhara to take oath today

Jaipur Dec. 7. The BJP legislature party leader, Vasundhara Raje, will take oath as the 20th Chief Minister of Rajasthan at a public function in front of the new Assembly building tomorrow. Seven of Ms. Raje's ministerial colleagues are also expected to be sworn in.

The former Prime Minister, Chandra Shekhar, the BJP president, M. Venkaiah Naidu, the Chief Ministers of Uttar Pradesh, Andhra Pradesh, Gujarat and Goa — Mulayam Singh Yadav, Chandrababu Naidu, Narendra Modi, and Manohar Parikkar — are among the host of leaders expected to attend the function.
