Back Alka Spinners' AGM adjourned sine die

ALKA Spinners Ltd has informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that the annual general meeting of the company held on December 31, and after transacting all the business except declaration of dividend, has been adjourned sine die due to unfinished business relating to the declaration of dividend as one of the shareholders has obtained an injunction against the declaration of dividend at the AGM.
