MUMBAI, JAN. 9. A special TADA court today framed charges against 1993 Mumbai serial bomb blasts accused Mustafa Ahmed Dossa alias `Mustafa Majnu', who pleaded not guilty to them. Dossa, who was deported from Dubai in February last year, told the court that he be tried of the charges, framed under various sections of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) and the Terrorist and Destructive Activities (Prevention) Act (TADA). The charges were framed before the TADA Judge, P.D. Kode. The court staff read out the charges and Dossa patiently heard them standing in the witness box. Dossa has been charged, among other things, with taking part in the conspiracy and sending arms and ammunition to be used in the blasts on March 12, 1993 in which over 250 people were killed and over 750 injured.
