Congress leaders cover Naidu's picture on signboard

TIRUPATI. March 21. With the political scenario hotting up in the district as the polling date nears, interesting things happen daily. Senior Congress leaders today made a bee-line to the recently commissioned Renigunta-Tirupati-Chandragiri highway and covered the signboard with the picture of the Chief Minister, N.Chandrababu Naidu, erected across the road.

The PCC Secretary, B.Karunakar Reddy, a close follower of the former Congress Legislature Party Leader, Y.S. Rajasekhar Reddy, who is staking his claim for the Tirupati Assembly seat, has termed the display of the CM's picture on the signboard as a blatant violation of the election code.
