Man robbed

BANGALORE, APRIL 9. A three-member gang assaulted a software engineer and took away his gold chain worth Rs. 5,000 in Ashoknagar police station limits on Thursday night.

The police said around 10.30 p.m. Nishanth Jain was walking towards his house at Sudhamanagar after alighting from a BMTC bus near Richmond Circle when three persons waylaid him.
