ELLE 18 has launched two new lip palettes — All About Lips and Dress Your Lips. All About Lips is a lip care palette which includes a lip scrub to remove dead cells and a lip balm to moisten the lips. On the other hand, the Dress Your Lips palette features a shimmer and three lip colours along with a brush applicator. These palettes are priced at Rs 70 each and are available at retail counters across the country.
