Collector's wallet stolen

HYDERABAD, MAY 16. The Hyderabad District Collector, M. Veerabhadraiah, lost three bank ATM cards and Rs. 200 in cash when thieves picked his pocket and took away the wallet at the swearing-in ceremony of the Chief Minister, Y.S. Rajasekhara Reddy, on May 14.

While Mr. Veerabhadraiah was busy overseeing the arrangements, the thieves cut a hole in his trousers pocket and stole the purse containing ATM cards of Andhra Bank, State Bank of India, District Cooperative Bank, driving licence and some visiting cards.
