Allsec pact with Compucredit

CHENNAI: Allsec Technologies, a service provider in the area of BPO (business process outsourcing), has inked a three-year strategic pact with Nasdaq-listed Compucredit Corporation, signalling not just the extension but intensification of their relationship. The President of Allsec, Adi Saravanan, said his company had been helping the Atlanta-based direct marketer of credit cards in teleservices. Under the new arrangement, Allsec would provide Compucredit services ranging from customer service to telemarketing and collection.
