Internet centres for receiving complaints

COIMBATORE, JUNE 11. The District Rural Development Agency (DRDA), which has been utilising the services of internet centres it has assisted for various purposes, has now decided to use them to collect complaints also.

According to an official release, the DRDA has helped a number of individuals and also panchayat offices set up internet centres and get all the information regarding the Government departments. Besides, they provide computer education and also meteorological information.

The public can now despatch their complaints to the District Collector through these centres and the e-mail address would be: collrcbe@tn.nic.in. The release has specified 53 internet centres, including 12 operated by the panchayats.
