TIRUPATI. June 30. For the benefit of the general public, the SVIMS has decided to operate its `Master check-Up' programme on all working days instead of on alternate days as at present. The hospital has put its Head, Department of Oncology, Sambasivaiah, in-charge of the programme. Those desirous of availing of the scheme come fasting for investigations between 8 a.m. and 9 a.m., a SVIMS press note said. TTD gesture: The TTD, which operates the `Prana Dana Trust' to provide free medicare to the poor and the needy, helped a 35-year-old woman, suffering from a rheumatic heart disease, undergo MVR surgery at SVIMS. A team of CT surgeons led by the hospital Director and Professor of Cardiology, G. Subramanyam, successfully performed the surgery on Syamalamma from Regallu village in Piler mandal, a press release said.
