Judge resigns

SIWAN (BIHAR), JULY 19 . The Siwan fast track court judge, A.P. Shrivastava, whose order allowing the incarcerated RJD MP, Mohammad Shahabuddin to attend the monsoon session of Parliament was annulled recently by the Patna High Court, resigned today.

The judge, who was issued a show cause notice by the High Court which also had prevented him from discharging his duties, sent his resignation to the Siwan district judge, Abhijit Sinha, court sources said.
