Back FCS Soft bags US order

NEW DELHI: The Noida-based IT solutions company FCS Software Solutions has said it has bagged an order from a US company which provides online gaming platform.

"The project involves eliminating slow access speed over the Web, which occurs because of a large number of betting transactions handled by the client's server during peak hours," an FCS release said here.

According to Mr Vineet Narang, Vice-President (Strategic Planning and Business Development) at FCS, "We are deploying Microsoft.Net framework in this project, as it would enable us not just to add speed but also to fortify the client data protection and to customise the application in different languages and currencies without any cost or time overrun."

"Following a study of the client needs, FCS development team recommended rewriting the entire application in Microsoft.Net framework," it said.
