The Vazir Sultan College of Engineering was established in the year 1995 under Kakatiya University with intake of 450 per year in the following branches, ECE, EEE, ME, CSE & IT. The college has 300 systems computer lab of 8000 sft, Electronics Lab has the following Edc lab, E cad, Analog commnications, Digital Electronics, and MP lab, EEE has Power Electronics lab, Electrical Machines lab, Electrical Measurements lab, & are well equipped, ME has Machatronics lab, Cad Cam lab, R & AC lab, Precision Engg. Lab, Heat Transfer lab, ICE lab, DOM lab, Material Science lab & Workshop.
The college Library has 15,000 volumes, 40 Nationals and 53 Inter National Journals. The college has Zero B water supply to students, Transport facility from Khammam Town and Biometrics Attendance. The college pass % of Final year for the academic year 2002-03 was ECE - 93.4%, EEE 92.5%, CSE 98.8%, IT 96.4%, ME 98.2%. The college has ISTE and IEEE member ship for both students and staff. The college has training and placements cell with over 90% of the pass students going abroad or getting employed in various industries in the state.
The Younis Sultan College of Engineering has been established at Mudimiyal Village, Chevella Mandal, R.R. Dist, from this academic year by the management of The Vazir Sultan College of Engineering, Khammam having gained experience in running this college as well as running, Manair College of Management, Manair College of Computer Sciences, Manair College of Law and Manair College of Library Science since 1990. The Younis Sultan College of Engineering is headed by with Principal Prof. Dr. Colonel K. Prabhakar Rao. Who has a varied experience in several Engineering Colleges in Hyderabad. The Younis Sultan College of Engineering has the following courses to offer ECE, EEE, CSE, ME, on a spacious campus, which is about 30 Km from Hyderabad.
The above institutions are run by Mr. Younis Sultan Ex. M L A, Khammam, the grand son of founder of Charminar cigarettes and it's members are from the same family.
Nizam Institute of Engineering and Technology

NIET provides all possible facilities to its students. The college is headed by Dr. N. Janakiram, a graduate in Mechanical Engineering from regional Engineering College, now National Institute of Technology, Warangal, an M.Tech from IIT, Kharagpur and Ph.D. in knowledge based systems from IIT, Mumbai.
The ECE department is endowned with excellent facilities in the form of faculty, workshops and laboratories. To conduct classes on the latest topics, PSpice software from ORCAD and VHDL software from Mentor Graphics have been procured. The ET lab is constructed and equipped for carrying out experiments with precision. The safety of personnel and machines has been given due care while building the workshops. For the labs and workshops, manuals are prepared which are providing handy for the students.
Industrial visits and guest lectures are part and parcel of the curriculum. The Department conducted Seminars by the students and also for the students by the experts in various fields.
The twin departments of CSE/CSIT have 70 HCL systems with two powerful servers and a 15kv UPS. The center is geared up for online internal examinations. The college also has the internet connection which facilitates the students to gather information from all possible areas and enrich themselves with knowledge.
The result achieved by the Mechanical department was the best among all the departments. The top most ranks in the first year were obtained by a Mechanical student, Mr. N. Praveen Kumar, Mech 1 year, 2002 batch.
The nerve center of the college that provides study support is the spacious well-stocked library with over 12,000 books in various branches of Engineering and Technology. The range of books helps students to develop a competitive edge to face the dynamic world. The reference section of the library is adequately stocked with publications, journals and magazines to meet the requirements of faculty and students.
Nishitha college of Engineering and Technology
Located at about 30 kms. from Koti on the Srisailam Road, in Sylvan surroundings against the back drop of a range of mountains. The institute is housed in a magnificent building of more than 60,000 sq. ft. of build-up area in a sprawling campus of 25 acres.

The library is designed to suit the modern concept of engineering education. It has an excellent collection of more than 5000 volumes, 1000 titles, periodicals and journals. Sufficient copies of textbooks and reference books are made available.

Al Habeeb College of Engineering and Technology

KAB Educational Consultants was established in the year 1999 with an aim to encourage all the needy and aspiring students of engineering education.
KAB counsels the students to know their probability to get seat and college of their interest based on EAMCET rank. KAB also advises students about the in demand course, future prospects of individual courses in Engineering.
KAB helps the students to secure BE/B.Tech seats under management category in A.P.
