KOLKATA, JULY 26. The case relating to the will of Priyamwada Birla could not be taken up today as the judge declined to hear the matter on personal grounds. Justice S.K. Mukherjee told the lawyers of the Birlas and auditor Rajendra Lodha that he would request the Chief Justice to reassign it. — PTI
