Back Infotech Enterprises profit up 132%

HYDERABAD: Infotech Enterprises Ltd has recorded revenues of Rs. 57.92 crore and a net profit of Rs 4.76 crore for the first quarter ended June 30 2004, an increase of 49 per cent in revenues and 132 per cent in net profit over corresponding quarter last year. The company said its UK operations managed to break even. During the quarter, the revenues were distributed with 40.1 per cent coming from GIS services, 36.3 per cent from engineering services and 23.6 per cent from software services. Growth was achieved across all the three service lines. The company added 24 new clients and the contribution to revenues from top 10 clients increased sequentially from 62 per cent to 67 per cent.
