Back Kerala: Water levels rise in major reservoirs Our Bureau
THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Water levels at the three major reservoirs in the State - Idukki, Idamalayar and Kallada - recorded a remarkable increase during the last week when compared with the year-on-year levels. According to figures released by the Central Water Commission, the levels rose by 40.74 ft at Idukki, 72.57 ft at Idamalayar and 50.79 ft at Kallada. The levels have increased from 2,349.10 ft last week to 2,351.93 ft at Idukki, 362.14 ft to 364.60 ft at Kallada and 502.53 ft to 507.81 ft at Idamalayar.
