NEW DELHI: Microsoft Corporation India has announced that Ashok Leyland Finance Ltd has deployed Windows Server 2003 to manage a network of over 450 desktops across the country.

"Ashok Leyland Finance is growing very rapidly and we require a reliable, scalable and robust solution with minimal downtime. With the implementation of Microsoft Windows Server 2003, our IT team is able to commit to an uptime of 99.9 per cent which has helped us double employee productivity," Mr S. Umapathy, DBA, Ashok Leyland Finance Ltd said in a statement.
