by evening
<150>The weather forecast for Monday for the city says there will be cloudy skies with rain likely by evening. The Met Department said the city recorded a maximum temperature of 27.8 degrees Celsius and 20 degrees Celsius on Sunday. The corresponding readings at the airport were 27.2 degrees Celsius and 19.6 degrees Celsius. The city received 4.8 mm of rain while the airport received 6.4 mm of rain on Sunday. The relative humidity was 90 per cent in the city and 88 per cent at the airport.
TCS quiz winners
<150>Arpan Majumdar and Vaibhav Devanathan of Bishop Cotton Boys School won the TCS IT quiz here on Saturday. They got a cash prize of Rs. 18,000. The winning team scored 120 points. Nischit Hegde and Karthik Krishnan of National Public School Rajajiangar (58 points) and Rahul Jadhav and Vijay Karthik B.K. of MES Kishore Kendra (38 points), bagged the second and third prizes.
