Chinese women record second straight win

ATHENS, AUG. 17. China scored a goal in each half to register its second successive victory in an absorbing Pool `A' contest in the women's section on Monday. With six points in two games, China is on course for a place in the semifinals.

The Chinese were fast and furious in their forays, troubling the Kiwi defence which cracked once in the first half when May Yo sounded the boards off a penalty corner. China scored the second goal through Tang Chunling off a pass by Zhou Wanfeng.
