Back Logo invited for rainwater harvesting campaign

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The Jalanidhi project, instituted by the Kerala Rural Water Supply and Sanitation Agency (KRWSSA) and aided by World Bank, has invited entries for a logo competition for popularising the rainwater harvesting campaign in the State.

Jalanidhi envisages installation of combined rainwater harvesting/pumping systems and 1,000-litre ferro-cement tanks/rainwater collecting equipment for each household in the State.

The logo must be able to reflect the message of the campaign, and this should be forwarded, along with the postal address and telephone number of the contestant, to The Jalanidhi, Media Division, PTC Towers, Thampanur, Thiruvananthapuram - 695001, to reach it before August 31.

Alternatively, it could be sent to rwh@jalanidhi.com. The award carries a prize of Rs 2,000.
