UDHAGAMANDALAM, SEPT. 12. Tamil Nadu began its campaign with a solitary-goal win over Andhra Pradesh on day three of the 27th Sub-junior national football championship south zone qualifying round at the HADP Open Air Stadium here on Sunday.
