Back Tata Tele (Maha) new MD

MUMBAI: Tata Teleservices (Maharashtra) Ltd, the listed subsidiary of Tata Teleservices, has appointed Mr Charles Antony as its new Managing Director in the place of Mr S. Ramakrishnan, who is relinquishing the position with effect from October 1, 2004.

Mr Antony is currently the whole-time director (designated President & COO) of Tata Infotech.

He is also the chairperson of the worldwide Systems Engineering Council, said a news release from Tata Teleservices (Maharashtra) Ltd.
