Picks up stake in Subex

MUMBAI, SEPT. 15. Subex Systems said today that Intel Capital Corp, the investment arm of Intel Inc., has acquired additional 4.79 lakh shares, or 5.57 per cent stake, while the company raised $10 million through foreign currency debentures to fund overseas acquisitions. The shareholding of the U.S.-based Intel Capital Corp after the acquisition would be 9.59 lakh shares, or 10.73 per cent, Subex informed the National Stock Exchange. — PTI
