Wockhardt to consider ADRs

MUMBAI, SEPT. 15. Wockhardt is to consider issuance of bonds or American Depository Receipts in the domestic or international market in the September 21 board meeting. The board of directors will consider and approve issuance of bonds or ADRs or Global Depository Receipts or convertible debentures from domestic or international market, the Mumbai-based company informed the Bombay Stock Exchange today. — PTI
