Back IIIE annual meet at Thiruvananthapuram

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The annual convention of the Indian Institution of Industrial Engineering (IIIE) will be held here at Hotel Mascot on Friday and Saturday. An official spokesman said here that the theme of this year's convention would be `Quality Management In The 21st Century.'

Mr James Speirs, President, Institute of Quality Assurance, United Kingdom, will inaugurate the convention. This year's honorary membership of IIIE will be conferred on Mr N.R. Narayana Moorthy, Chief Mentor, Infosys Technologies, and the Best CEO award on Mr R.H. Khwaja, Chairman and Managing Director, Singareni Collieries.
