Back `Best Research Paper' award

MANGALORE: Mr Subraya Pai, who is the faculty at the Justice K.S. Hegde Institute of Management (JKSHIM) at Nitte in Udupi district, has bagged the "Best Research Paper" award at the national seminar on "Management Research".

A press release by the JKSHIM said here on Wednesday that Mr Pai had presented a paper on "Training and development evaluation policies and practices: A study with reference to selected industrial units in Karnataka State", at the seminar organised by the CRG Institute of Management Studies in Coimbatore recently.

The release added that Mr Pai had prepared the paper under the guidance of Dr P.S. Yedapadithaya, Reader, Postgraduate Department of Commerce, Mangalore University.
