Back Network for nurses in Hyderabad

HYDERABAD: A network for nurses, to promote specialised training has been established, with active support from Share Health Care & MediCiti Health Care Services Pvt Ltd, here.

Called `Neon Nursing Network Pvt Ltd' (NNPL), the network would also train healthcare professionals such as para medical staff. The huge demand for nurses, especially in the US, is expected to stand the network in good stead, according to Ms J.M. Leena, Project Manager.

According to the American Nursing Association, about 1,26,000 nursing jobs are available in the US hospitals, She said, adding that already about 60,000 Indian nurses were working in the Gulf, in a press release.

Mr P. Krishna Murthy, Registrar of the A.P. Nursing Council, formally launched the network, stating that `good quality nurses for quality healthcare were needed even within the country'. The Chairman of Share Health Care, set up under the parent company Share USA, said the network would develop the nursing community in the vast field of medical staffing and healthcare services.
