Back TTK open offer for TTK Healthcare

TTK & Co, the promoter of TTK Healthcare, has announced a public offer of 25 per cent of the latter's shares at a price of Rs 30 a share in order to consolidate its holding in the company.

The offer has been made in the names of the partners of TTK &Co, Mr T.T. Jagannathan, Mr T.T. Raghunathan, Ms Latha Jagannathan and Ms Bhanu Raghunathan. The acquirers currently hold 43.43 per cent of TTK Healthcare's equity.

An advertisement placed by the acquirers said that TTK Healthcare had decided to hive off its glove-manufacturing unit.
