Back Acting CMD for Vizag Steel

VISAKHAPATNAM: Mr C. Appa Rao, Director (Personnel), assumed charge as the acting Chairman and Managing Director of Rashtriya Ispat Nigam Ltd (Visakhapatnam steel plant) on Thursday, as Mr B.K. Panda retired.

Mr Appa Rao joined the company in 1985. He has been the Director (Personnel) since December 1, 1997. For a period, he also held the additional charge of the Director (Finance).
