NEW DELHI, OCT. 5. Fine batting by Ritesh Kapoor and Puneet Grewal helped Laxman Public School, Hauz Khas, beat Salwan Public School, Rajinder Nagar, by nine wickets in the seventh Bon Ton inter-school cricket tournament at the Gyan Bharti School ground, Saket.

Salwan Public School 230 in 58.5 overs (Raman Sachdeva 81, Sourabh Khandelwal 52, Hardeep Sharma 45) and 203 for seven in 40 overs (Sachin Adhikari 41, Ayush Srivastav 40) lost to Laxman Public School 275 for six in 60 overs (Puneet Mehra 88, Puneet Grewal 69, Ritesh Kapoor 51, Tushar Tula four for 67) and 159 for one in 29.3 overs (Jitender Yadav 64, Ritesh Kapoor 41 not out).
