CHENNAI: GV Films Ltd on Wednesday informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that it will collaborate with St. George Films Ltd, UK, to renovate cinemas and provide all the technological inputs and investments required for the purpose.

According to the information provided to the stock exchange, GV Films is eyeing 1,000 such theatres all over the country. The proposed project calls for an investment of Rs 2,000 crore.
