Back Seminar on asset valuation

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The Minister for Water Resources, Mr Thiruvanchoor Radhakrishnan, has stressed the role of intellectuals in moulding the future of the State's economy.

He said this while inaugurating the one-day seminar on `Valuation of assets' conducted by the Thiruvananthapuram branch of the Institution of Valuers here on Tuesday. He asked valuers to contribute their mite to the economy's cause.

Speaking on the occasion, Mr K.R. Aravindakshan, President, Kerala State Co-operative Bank, highlighted the role of valuers in correctly evaluating projects. Mr L.S. Kylaas and Mr G. Vishwanathan presented papers at the seminar attended by members from all over the State.
