Congress criticises Fernandes

NEW DELHI, OCT. 15. The Congress today criticised the Janata Dal (United) president, George Fernandes, alleging that his supporters removed a photograph of the Congress president, Sonia Gandhi, from a hall in the Constitution Club here.

The party said ``it was least concerned about the photograph or its removal, since the image of Ms. Gandhi was etched in the hearts of the people of India.''
