Back Krebs Bio profit dips

HYDERABAD: Krebs Biochemicals & Industries Ltd (KBIL), the Hyderabad-based biopharmaceuticals company, has suffered a fall both in turnover and net profit for the second quarter of the current fiscal ended September 30.

While the turnover has come down to Rs 21.71 crore from Rs 26.81 crore in the corresponding quarter of previous fiscal, the net profit has fallen to Rs 3.96 crore (Rs 4.05 crore). For the six months period, the company achieved a turnover of Rs 50.03 crore (Rs 61.39 crore) and posted a net profit of Rs 8.92 crore (Rs 10.52 crore).
