Raju wins title

VISAKHAPATNAM, NOV. 19. M. Ravi Shanker Raju of Visakhapatnam won the boys 20 years age group long jump event in State junior athletic championships which commenced at the Port Stadium here on Friday.

The results (winners only): Boys: 20 years: 100m: 1. V. Satish (KHM, 11.20s). 800m: 1. Ch. V. Ramana (Krishna, 2:01.7). 5,000m: 1. Pradeep Kumar (Hyd, 16:24.7). Long jump: 1. M. Ravi Shanker Raju (VSP, 6.31m). Shotput: 1. Y.S. Naidu (Vizianagaram, 12.61m).
