PGC clinches title

HYDERABAD, NOV. 21. Post Graduate College (Secunderabad) defeated Sardar Patel College 3-1 in the final of the Osmania University inter-collegiate hockey championship at OU Campus Grounds here.

Kalyan (fifth minute), Ghouse Khan (20th & 22nd) scored for the winner. Sairam (14th) reduced the margin.

PG College beat Bhavan's College 1-0 with Ghouse Khan netting the match-winner, while SP College got the better of Anwar-ul-Uloom 4-1 in the semifinals. Srinivas, Jangaiah, Bhaskar and Rakesh scored for SP College.
