KARIMNAGAR, NOV. 29. One hundred and ninety students were taken ill and hospitalised after consuming the mid-day meals served at the Government primary school in Machanapalli village of Jammikunta mandal on Monday. Students consumed the food in the afternoon and they started vomiting a little later. Someone noticed a lizard in the food. They were shifted to Jammikunta hospital immediately. Doctors said all the students had been treated and were being discharged in a phased manner. The Collector ordered an inquiry into the incident.
