Award for Zydus Cadila chief

CHENNAI: The Chairman and Managing Director of Zydus Cadila, Pankaj R. Patel, has been awarded the `Best Pharma Man of the year 2003' by the Foundation of Indian Industry and Economists (FIIE), says a company release. The award is in recognition of Mr. Patel's dynamic and charismatic leadership, which has enabled Zydus Cadila to climb great heights. Starting with the turnover of Rs. 250 crores in 1995, the group has been unleashing value and posted a turnover of Rs. 1,170 crores in 2003-04.
