Back Avon plans 2 new products

HYDERABAD: Avon Organics Ltd (AOL), the city-based pharmaceutical company, is planning to introduce two high value added intermediates in its Diketene division.

In a release to the stock exchanges, the company said these products find application in pharmaceutical sector. According to the company, it has already completed trial production and is ready for commercial launch. The company said it estimates to achieve an additional turnover of Rs 12 crore per annum from these products from 2005-06 onwards.
