NEW DELHI, DEC. 7. The Prime Minister, Manmohan Singh, is scheduled to inaugurate Prasar Bharati's Direct-to-Home service on December 16. DD Direct, more a poor man's platform going by its free-to-air nature, will offer 30 TV and 12 radio channels. — PTI
