Three players do well

BANGALOE, DEC 8 . Three players from Karnataka, S. Krishna Kumar, Arun Pooviah and Sanjay Phadye, fared well in the senior World badminton championship held at Kuala Lumpur from Nov. 29 to Dec.5.

S. Krishna Kumar won the gold in the + 35 age group while Arun Poovaiah bagged a silver in + 45 section and Sanjay Padhye claimed a bronze in the + 40 category, according to Karnataka Badminton Association.
