Zydus signs MoU with Australian group

AHMEDABAD: Zydus Cadila and Mayne Group of Australia have signed a memorandum of understanding for setting up a joint venture to explore business opportunities, including manufacture of cytotoxic (anti-cancer) finished products in the country. The joint venture agreement will pool in strengths of both companies for strategic advantage, a release from Zydus Cadila said here today. — PTI
