Back ICSI seminar in Hyderabad

HYDERABAD: The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) is organising a national seminar on `Liabilities of Directors under Corporate Laws' here on Wednesday. The Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister, Dr Y.S. Rajasekhara Reddy, will inaugurate the meet.

The speakers include noted advocate and former Presiding Officer of Securities Appellate Tribunal, Mr C. Achuthan, the SEBI Executive Director, Mr R. S. Loona, and the ICSI President, Mr Mahesh Anant Athavale.

Apart from directors of companies, senior executives in the corporate sector, company secretaries and other corporate professionals are expected to participate in the national seminar, Mr P. Jagannatham, Chairman of the Hyderabad Chapter, said.
