IL&FS, RITES sign deal

MUMBAI, DEC. 24. IL&FS (Infrastructure Leasing and Financial Services) has entered into a partnership deal with RITES, a company into providing technical consultancy and project management services, to jointly work in different infrastructure sectors.

The companies together would target a number of projects in India and abroad including surface transport and border infrastructure development, IL&FS said in a release here today.
