Balakrishna case: police plea to court

HYDERABAD, DEC. 24. The Jubilee Hills police have moved a local court here seeking postponement of the ongoing trial of the shooting case involving the film actor, N. Balakrishna. The trial began on December 15 at the Nampally Metropolitan Sessions Judge court. The police filed a petition in the same court citing the volte-face made by victims as well as the witnesses. Police sources said that they would file another petition on Monday requesting for the recall of witnesses.
