Cold wave

NEW DELHI, DEC. 27. Mercury plummeted across north India today as a piercing cold wave tightened its grip over the region, claiming nine more lives. The higher reaches of Himachal Pradesh, Uttaranchal and Kashmir valley experiencing arctic conditions.
