Back All tourists in Kerala safe

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: All tourists visiting Kerala are safe and no damage has been reported from any of the State's tourist destinations, says an official press release quoting the Kerala Tourism Minister, Mr K.C. Venugopal.

A 24-hour control room has been set up at the Tourism Directorate in Thiruvananthapuram (Telephone numbers: 0471-2322547/ 094471-23700) to monitor the situation. Extra lifeguards have been posted at all important beaches in the State, the release adds.
