HYDERABAD, DEC. 31. Routine frisking helped the Habeebnagar police on Friday solve a murder case reported a fortnight ago in Banjara Hills. Nara Baswa Raj, 22, was spotted moving under suspicious circumstances near Ek Minar. Initially, he feigned ignorance of involvement in any offence but subsequently confessed to theft of two mobiles that were recovered at his instance, the Habeebnagar Inspector, Laxmi Naik, said. During further questioning, he reportedly admitted to the police that he, along with two others, had killed a pickpocket, Ibrahim, following old enmity on December 13.
